Really there is only ONE yoga and if it deals with postures it is HA-THA yoga. The different approaches/styles of yoga all practice Hatha but will give preference to certain postures for various studied reasons. Each style may emphasize more or less pranayama and meditation. Some may require you to flow or sequence others to follow a determined set of postures some may be repetitive, gentle or dinamic and others a mix of all of this. Modifications are a possibility in all styles. When you have acquired a grounding and an understanding of the basic Hatha postures you can create or follow a yoga practice which is YOURS !
